1) First of all u’ll have to download the decal converter software.
To download it click hear
2) Once downloaded just extract the zip file to your desired location. Then open the folder which u’v extracted. In that folder u’ll find "DecalConverter.exe",open it.
3) Then click on "File/Open Picture.." and select a picture which u want to spray as a logo. Then your selected image will appear in the Decal preview box. The width and height will be automatically adjusted, no need to change it.

4) After u’v finished editing your decal, it’s time to save it now. To save it just click on "Decal" next to "File" menu, then click "Make Decal…",press 'add' and select desktop (the decal will be sent to your desktop) and then press ok.
5) Now u’ll find a file named “pldecal.wad” on your desktop. All u have to do is just rename the file from “pldecal.wad” to “tempdecal.wad”. After renaming right click the file and click properties and check the read only attribute and click ok.
6) Last and the final step, copy the file and past it in your \Valve\Counter-Strike 1.6\cstrike folder. It will ask u to overwrite the existing file, so click yes. Now start your game and join a server to check your spray by pressing ‘T’.
(Note: Do not forget to change the file to read-only attribute, or else you may face problems.)
